We’d like to thank everyone who supported our video fundraising appeal over December and January.

Like many other charities, over the last twelve months our fundraising abilities have been curtailed and restricted by the necessary lockdown and social distancing guidelines around Covid-19.

We lost three major fundraisers at the end of last year: our Golf Day, Quiz Night and Carol Service and while incredibly valuable support came via increased funding from trusts and foundations we still needed to make up some of the difference if we were to move forward on a solid financial footing into 2022.

This is where you came in.

In response to a video appeal that went out to friends and Supporters of Steps you helped us raise £19,410!

Everyone here at Steps would like to offer you a massive thanks for your generosity in responding to the video. It really did make all the difference.

And a special message of gratitude goes out to our Trustee May Edwards, Patrons Matt Lucas and Anna Chancellor, Jason Flemyng, Ant and and Dec and Robbie Williams. We’d also like to thank Anne-Marie Corbett, Rachel Jones, Jack Davidge and Tom Jones for their involvement and help with the appeal.
